Baker and entrepreneur Dorothy Poley was turning her small local business making grain-free baked goods into a larger company with greater reach, and she needed a website to handle sales and provide a true online presence. She was also looking for a way to share some of her recipes and ideas in the form of a blog. Using WordPress to create her e-commerce platform made the administration and order fulfillment process simple enough that she was able to take it on herself after very little training.
